What is a live-in care service?
Live-in care is a 24-hour care services. The caregiver is typically available for 16 hours, and unavailable for 8 hours of sleep. If you are interested in 24-hour around-the-clock care, you will need multiple caregivers to cover the shift in order to ensure that someone is available at all times.
What happens if my primary caregiver is unavailable ?
We make sure all our shifts are covered at all times. In cases where your primary caregiver is unavailable, we do have backup staff who will cover your shift.
